introduction to the children's kindness network

The Children's Kindness Network is an organization that promotes anti-bullying messages and strives to be a leader in the kindness world. They use their mascot, Moozie the Cow, to talk to and  attract students in the elementary school age range.

Moozie the Cow is a lovable, compassionate children’s icon devoted to helping Pre-K and kindergarten children discover the universal benefits of kind behavior and kind acts. With her motto “Always Be Kind,” Moozie helps children learn methods for exhibiting kindness to others, to animals, the earth and to themselves. She is a powerful image and central character who teaches, represents, and recognizes kind acts and deeds.

Children aged 3-8 connect with Moozie and her activities and music. Associating kindness with the lovable character Moozie helps them remember and internalize the principles that are learned.

Kindly has partnered with the Children's Kindness Network becuase we have the same end goal, to spread kindness everywhere we go. Together, we will make a difference.

 Founder's Bio:

While growing up on a dairy farm in Kansas, Ted often thought he never wanted to see a cow again in his life. And now, in later life, he created a talking robotic cow that kids love— and he is now known as Farmer Ted

Before Moozie came into Farmer Ted’s life in 1998, he was a public speaker for 27 years, giving talks to bankers in all 50 states. His talks were on customer relations, about being kind—just as Moozie now talks about for children and kindness.

Moozie is a smart cow. With the help of Farmer Ted, she has written five books, one being about how she saved three ducklings and the other about a little triangle that wanted to join the big orchestra and was afraid. The other three books are mini books with Moozie’s cow wisdom for adults. So both parents and children have something to read.

While Farmer Ted never wanted to see a cow again when in high school, he loves having Moozie as his friend and watching other children become Moozie’s friend. Moozie would like to be your friend.
